Berkshire Achieves $1.99 Billion Close for Largest Commingled Fund

Berkshire Residential Investments and Limekiln Real Estate have announced the final closing of their latest investment fund, Berkshire Bridge Loan Investors-MF1 III, L.P. (BBLI III), gathering $1.99 billion in capital commitments. This accomplishment marks the largest commingled fund in the series thus far. The fund is integral to the MF1 private lending platform— a collaboration between Berkshire and Limekiln, and a prominent entity in multifamily financing in the U.S. The funding underscores continued investor confidence from a wide array of global participants, including both new and returning partners.
