Bellrock, a company on a growth trajectory in the consulting business, has announced its acquisition of Summers-Inman Construction and Property Consultants LLP. This acquisition is a strategic move in Bellrock's wider M&A programme, aimed at enhancing its position in the market and expanding its service offerings. Summers-Inman, with a legacy that spans over a century, is renowned for its expertise in cost management, quantity surveying, project management, and building surveying within diverse sectors such as healthcare, education, heavy industry, residential, and utilities. Some of its notable clientele includes big names such as Pepsi, McDonald's, and Philips. By integrating Summers-Inman into its consulting services, Bellrock aims to amplify its regional expertise particularly in the UK's Midlands, North, Scotland, and London regions. This alignment not only enriches Bellrock's service proposition but also opens up new sectoral and regional possibilities, underpinning its ambition to ascend into the top 15 consultancy firms.
