Aliter Capital has completed an investment in BBS Law, a full-service law firm with a presence in Manchester and London, providing legal services to SMEs, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals. Established in 1978, BBS Law offers a comprehensive range of legal services, including corporate, property, private client, and family law. Over the past two years, BBS has expanded through acquisitions, and Aliter's investment aims to further propel the firm’s national growth and service enhancement plans. Dov Black, BBS Law's Managing Partner, emphasized the deal's potential to establish a national presence and enhance brand differentiation while maintaining focus on the firm's core clientele.
