Barcan+Kirby Appoints Nic Barker as New Legal Director

Bristol-based law firm Barcan+Kirby has announced the appointment of Nic Barker as its first-ever legal director. Barker, a corporate solicitor specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) with a focus on owner-managed businesses, will join the firm's Bristol city center office. She will work closely with partners Georgina Bryant and Robert Davenport. Barker's career began in London, where she trained and practiced as a solicitor before switching to entrepreneurship.
