Banzai Expands with Vidello Acquisition

Banzai International, a marketing technology giant, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Vidello, a London-based provider of video hosting and marketing suite solutions. The acquisition aims to bolster Banzai's offerings by integrating Vidello’s next-generation video tools. The purchase, set up to $7 million in cash equity, is expected to enhance Banzai’s revenue by $6.5 million and boost EBITDA by $2.3 million for the twelve months ending September 2024. Vidello's suite includes innovative products like CreateStudio, PhotoVibrance, and Twinkle, which have been well-received in the market, evidenced by their substantial customer base and positive industry reviews. Both companies’ leadership expressed enthusiasm about leveraging their combined synergies to expand market reach and improve product offerings.
