Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego Issues EUR 2.25 Billion Notes with A&O Shearman's Guidance

Allen Overy Shearman Sterling has provided legal counsel to Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego for its EUR 2.25 billion dual-tranche fixed-rate guaranteed notes issuance. The issuance includes EUR 1.25 billion 3.25% notes due in 2030 and EUR 1 billion 4.25% notes due in 2037, both of which are guaranteed by the State Treasury of Poland. The funds raised from this issuance will back the Aid Fund and the National Road Fund. The transactions are conducted with the support of joint lead managers Citi, Commerzbank, ING, J.P. Morgan, and Societe Generale, and the notes are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
