The acquisition was backed by a significant capital raise, which will also support Bailey Abbott's portfolio brands including Bastion Technology Services and Digivate Health. Additionally, Bailey Abbott has implemented an employee share option plan to foster greater staff involvement in the company's growth, having divested 10% of the company's interest to staff as options.
