Azuria Water Solutions, based in St. Louis, has announced the acquisition of assets from Miller Pipeline's municipal services division. The acquisition includes Miller Pipeline's cured-in-place pipe lining services, Expanded-In-Place PVC Lining Systems, and the manufacturing and installation of WEKO-SEAL for the water and wastewater market. This strategic move expands Azuria’s portfolio in municipal solutions, aligning with the company’s commitment to sustainable technologies in the water industry. The remaining products and services of Miller Pipeline will continue under its ownership, within the Artera Services umbrella. Chris Schuler from Miller Pipeline will join Azuria to lead the new division.
