Azuria Water Solutions, a leading provider of technology-enabled water solutions, announced its acquisition of BLD Services, LLC, a major pipeline rehabilitation service provider headquartered in Kenner, Louisiana. BLD is renowned for being the largest manufacturer and installer of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lateral liners, with operational reach in the Central and Eastern U.S. The company produces the Service Connection Seal + Lateral (SCS+L) at its Nashville manufacturing facility and maintains high safety and quality standards. Under the agreement, BLD will continue to operate independently but will have access to Azuria's vast resources. Rob Tullman, President & CEO of Azuria, expressed enthusiasm for integrating BLD's capabilities into their service offering.
