Avon Freight Group Sells to Primeline Group

Avon Freight Group, a specialist in transport and logistics, has been acquired by Ireland-based Primeline Group, with advisory by Evolve Corporate Finance. Avon, based in the West Midlands, provides groupage and logistics solutions across the UK and Ireland, employing over 120 staff. This acquisition marks Primeline Group’s first foray into the UK market, broadening its reach in logistics and route-to-market solutions. Avon will continue under the management of its current director, Dawn Greene. Evolve Corporate Finance, led by David Neate, advised Avon on the sale, facilitating the transaction with strategic insights and negotiations to maximize value. The acquisition aligns with Primeline's strategic goals of expanding in the UK and integrating enhanced logistics capabilities.
