This acquisition marks Ciphr's third and largest takeover in the last 18 months and significantly enhances its service offerings, incorporating employee benefits and wellbeing. Avantus, founded in 2005 and serving over 400 global businesses with its FlexGenius and MyWorkPal solutions, will bring its CEO Philip Curtis and the entire team into Ciphr.
