Auto24 South Africa, a used-car recommerce platform, has partnered with IMotoIMoto.co.za, an auto marketplace, to enhance the visibility of its certified pre-owned vehicles. Both companies are linked through their association with AfriCar Group, which is backed by Stellantis and predominantly owned by Emerging Classifieds Ventures, an Australian marketplace operator. Auto24 South Africa falls under Auto24 Africa's umbrella, operating as a c-to-b-to-c marketplace that acquires quality cars from various recognized sources. The collaboration has led to Auto24 being featured on IMotoIMoto and IMotoNews, enhancing market exposure amidst popular competitors like AutoTrader.co.za and Cars.co.za. Despite IMotoIMoto's relatively low traffic, Auto24 aims to expand its market presence through this strategic move.
