E+H has advised the Austrian Ski Association's subsidiary, Austria Ski Team Handels- und BeteiligungsgesmbH, on forming a joint venture with the online platform Skizeit. The new entity, Skizeit Time & Data FlexCo, aims to advance the digital development of Austrian winter sports. The joint venture intends to improve the existing skizeit.at platform, a leading tool in Austrian skiing since 2002, which supports over 2,000 races and attracts 18 million page views annually. By offering comprehensive digital tools, the venture seeks to simplify competition organization and operations, incorporating functionalities like referee management, timekeeping, and performance analysis. The law firm E+H played an advisory role, with their team led by Partner Johannes Feilmair and including several attorneys and associates.
