Atombit Expands with Triple Acquisition Backed by Palatine

Palatine, a private equity firm, has acquired a majority stake in Atombit Group, a leading pan-European company specializing in experience intelligence, including customer and employee experience, as well as data analytics and AI. Founded by Paolo Righetti, Luca Pepere, and Gabriele Albani, Atombit has more than two decades of experience in data analytics and innovation. Recently, Atombit made three strategic acquisitions: UK-based companies J2 Reliance and Profusion, and Bulgarian company DWise, to accelerate its growth. The group now includes 150 consultants and data scientists across Europe and India, serving over 100 large international enterprises. Previously, Atombit also acquired European data consultancy Amplify Analytix in late 2024 and is planning further strategic M&A initiatives to bolster its standing as a leading entrepreneurial group in data-driven customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) solutions. Atombit aims to challenge the traditional CX and EX models by leveraging technology for innovative value creation and competitive edge. The partnership with Palatine aligns with Atombit's ambitious growth strategy, which includes organic expansion, cross-selling existing client services, and further acquisitions to enhance capabilities and global reach. Andy Strickland and Gary Tipper from Palatine will join Atombit’s board to help navigate this next phase of growth.
