Atlas Copco Acquires Esa Service, Expanding Its Vacuum Technique Division

Atlas Copco, the Stockholm Stock Exchange-listed Swedish group specializing in industrial equipment supply, has acquired the majority stake in Esa Service, a company based in Treviglio, Bergamo. Esa Service is known for its expertise in gas leak detection and refrigerant gas charging. The legal representation for Atlas Copco was managed by BonelliErede, under the leadership of Partner Eliana Catalano. The sellers, Gigliola Minuti and Egidio Noci, each previously holding a 50% stake in the company, were represented legally by Carnelutti Law Firm with Partner Leonardo Spina. Financial advisory services to the vendors were provided by Euromerger Italia, with Partners Lorenzo Parolo and Associate Maria Barreca. Post-acquisition, Esa Service will be integrated into Atlas Copco’s Scientific Vacuum division, part of their Vacuum Technique Business Area.
