LaSalle Investment Management has successfully leased the entirety of its Columbia Twins office scheme in Hamburg, following a 10-year lease agreement with Assmann Beraten + Planen for the remaining 3,200 sqm of the East Tower. The Columbia Twins, consisting of East and West Towers, features over 9,400 sqm of lettable space. The recent renovations of the East Tower, previously occupied by a single tenant, were spearheaded by Schmidhuber Future Work GmbH to cater to modern multi-let purposes. LaSalle E-REGI fund, the owner of the Columbia Twins, aims to provide exposure to high-quality real estate assets in leading European markets. The Columbia Twins, developed in 2009, offers premium amenities and holds DGNB gold certification. The let follows earlier deals with SVA System Vertrieb Alexander and Columbia Shipmanagement, highlighting LaSalle's strategic efforts in enhancing tenant demand for prime commercial spaces.
