Stonepeak, a prominent player in the alternative investment landscape, specializing in infrastructure and real assets, has finalized its acquisition of New Zealand's Arvida Group Limited, a leading entity in retirement and aged care services. Arvida operates 35 retirement villages across New Zealand, providing a spectrum of care from independent living to advanced dementia-level care. Stonepeak's Senior Managing Director, Darren Keogh, highlighted Arvida’s strategic position to serve New Zealand's increasing aging demographic and expressed enthusiasm about the potential of their new partnership.
