Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), a division of Marsh, has expanded its operations by acquiring Arthur Hall Insurance, an agency based in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Marsh McLennan Agency provides a broad spectrum of insurance and financial services in the US and Canada. With this acquisition, MMA strengthens its market presence and broadens its service offerings, particularly in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Founded in 1966, Arthur Hall Insurance specializes in both commercial and personal insurance solutions with expertise in sectors such as life sciences, information management, and municipal services. The acquisition will see all Arthur Hall employees, including President Jim Denham, integrate into MMA, continuing operations from their existing offices. This transaction aligns with MMA’s strategy to enhance service offerings and client outcomes by leveraging Arthur Hall's expertise and expanding its geographical footprint.
