Italian communication giant Armando Testa has acquired a minority stake in Redabissi, a martech software company known for its social media management platform, Redhab. This strategic move marks Armando Testa's foray into the burgeoning martech sector. The acquisition was facilitated by Rplt Rp Legalitax, who oversaw the legal aspects, leveraging a team led by lawyers Riccardo Rossotto, Marco Gardino, and Arianna Bollettinari. They also conducted due diligence with specialists such as Nicola Berardi handling IP and commercial matters, while privacy aspects were managed by Ludovica Ceretto.
