Areim Property Holding has strengthened its presence in the Swedish light industrial market by acquiring four properties in Sollentuna Municipality, north of Stockholm. The properties, located in the Edsberg industrial area, cover approximately 20,000 square meters of lettable area and are 92 percent leased to a mix of attractive tenants. These properties are situated near residential areas and a local center, offering convenient proximity to the motorway. Areim plans to implement several maintenance and refurbishment measures to enhance energy performance. Jesper Warn, Head of Light Industrial Investments at Areim, expressed satisfaction at acquiring such strategic assets in a challenging market environment. Over the last year, Areim has grown its Swedish portfolio from approximately 210,000 square meters to 275,000 square meters of lettable space, including unused building rights and ongoing developments. The seller of these properties is Castellum.
