Arden Expands with Smart Property Division Takeover

Arden Property Management, a respected lettings agency based in Edinburgh, has expanded its portfolio through the acquisition of Smart Property's lettings division. This strategic move aims to unite two established local agencies, enhancing their offerings and bolstering Arden's capacity to provide property sourcing, refurbishment advice, insurance claim support, and access to a private investor network. The acquisition will see the combined operations continue under the Arden brand name, while Smart Property director Kat Usher joins Arden as a partner. Meanwhile, Smart Property co-founder Phil Nugent has opted to step back from daily operations.
