Arab Energy Fund Secures $600M in Latest Note Issuance

The global law firm White & Case LLP has successfully advised on the issuance of US$600 million Notes by The Arab Energy Fund, part of its Global Medium Term Note Programme. The Notes, due in 2028, were managed by joint lead managers including Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Commercial Bank of Dubai P.S.C., DBS Bank Ltd., and Emirates NBD Capital. Previously, on February 26, 2025, White & Case also facilitated a similar issuance of US$650 million Notes due 2030 under the same programme. The programme saw its 2024 update with a dealer panel comprising financial giants like Bank of China, Barclays, Citigroup, Crédit Agricole, Emirates NBD, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, J.P. Morgan, and others, all managed by White & Case. This programme and its issuances are listed on Euronext Dublin, indicating the fund's strategic approach towards enhancing its financial framework.
