Grimaldi Alliance has assisted Aquanexa, a key player in the water industry and controlled by Algebris Investments, in acquiring five companies. These acquisitions include Pipecare, which specializes in water network monitoring and efficiency; Dinamica Project, known for maintenance of networks and facilities; Abitat Sit, which provides technological solutions for territory control; and T&A, offering digital solutions for measurement and remote control, alongside another company active in water treatment. Grimaldi Alliance's team, led by partners Leonida Cagli and Rosaria Arancio, advised on legal aspects, with an extensive team handling various facets like administrative due diligence, labour, and compliance. Pietro Bracco and Stefano Versino from Andpartners also assisted Aquanexa, while the sellers of Pipecare were represented by Laura Fiordelisi and her team from Simmons & Simmons.
