Specialty Program Group LLC (SPG), a national operator of specialty insurance businesses, has acquired ANOVA Marine Insurance Services, LLC, a managing general agency focused on marine, cargo, transportation, and logistics insurance. Established in 2011 in South Florida, ANOVA provides insurance solutions across freight forwarding, shipping, customs brokerage, and international trade sectors, powered by digital tools and a broad network of partnerships. With this acquisition, SPG aims to strengthen its position in the marine and logistics sectors, leveraging ANOVA's industry expertise and digital innovations. ANOVA’s founder, Bradford Boyd, along with a growing leadership team including Andrew Voke, Erin Boll, and Anthony Clark, will continue to spearhead operations, ensuring continuity in service while expanding capacity and market reach within SPG's network. Boyd emphasizes that ANOVA will maintain its foundational values and operational independence while achieving faster growth through its new affiliation.
