Anna Sasot Olagüe Takes Reins as Head of People Systems at Adevinta

Anna Sasot Olagüe has been promoted to head of people systems at Adevinta, a role she will take on while continuing her duties as head of IT portfolio. Based in Barcelona, Olagüe has demonstrated a robust career trajectory within multinational environments, excelling in HR transformation, people systems portfolio management, and digital innovation. Before her time at Adevinta, which began in 2021, she amassed nearly a decade of experience at Accenture, ultimately serving as HR global transition associate manager. Olagüe co-founded HR Afterwork, a community aimed at expanding HR networks and sharing sector knowledge. She holds degrees in labor relations and business management from Pompeu Fabra University and a master's in business innovation from Esade.
