Animoca Brands Partners with ProvLabs on NUVA for Tokenized RWAs
Deal News | Aug 07, 2025 | Raptor Capital Management LP

Animoca Brands and Provenance Blockchain Labs (ProvLabs) have announced a strategic partnership to develop NUVA, a chain-agnostic vault marketplace designed to connect real-world asset (RWA) issuers with investors. NUVA aims to provide a curated selection of high-quality vaults that will allow a diverse range of investors—from retail to institutional—to access various investment products seamlessly and without permission. Built on the Provenance Blockchain, NUVA will initially feature vaults backed by Figure Technologies' digitally native on-chain assets, such as YLDS, a US SEC-registered yielding stablecoin security, and HELOCs, which are fixed-interest rate home equity loans. Set to launch in Q4 2025, NUVA plans to issue a governance token to engage users in the ecosystem. The partnership relies on ProvLabs for product and infrastructure development, while Animoca Brands will leverage its Web3 ecosystem for go-to-market strategies. Notable figures such as Yat Siu of Animoca Brands, Anthony Moro of ProvLabs, and Mike Cagney of Figure Technologies are all optimistic about NUVA's potential to transform the RWA space.
