Investor and business angel Aniela Hejnowska, along with a group of investors, has acquired a 90% stake in Future Processing Healthcare, now known as Graylight Imaging. MFW Fialek provided legal advice on the investment agreement for this joint venture. The seller, Future Processing, was advised by GWW. Graylight Imaging, which specializes in the development of medical software integrated with AI solutions, is now backed by investors including Maciej Banach, Jaroslaw Bulka, Szymon Janota, and Ewa Kieczka-Baranowska. The legal team from MFW Fialek was led by Partner Miroslaw Fialek with support from Associate Jakub Wilk.
