Ana Joins Forces with RSM in Sevilla Expansion

RSM has expanded its footprint in Sevilla by integrating the local audit firm Ana, founded by Álvaro Fernández Moreno and Gabriel Guardiola Tassara. As part of this integration, both Fernández Moreno and Guardiola Tassara will join RSM as partners, bringing with them a team of over 20 auditors. This move is seen as significant in consolidating RSM’s Sevilla office and aligns with the firm's broader development strategy in Spain. Ana, known for its youthful and highly specialized team, offers comprehensive audit, financial consultancy, and accounting services. Fernández Moreno and Guardiola Tassara both have strong backgrounds, having worked at Deloitte and EY, respectively, before founding Ana. Their expertise spans various sectors including construction, engineering, industrial, and agri-food, and they bring experience in leading audit reports, due diligence, and company valuations. This acquisition effectively doubles RSM's size in Sevilla, now boasting a team of 50 professionals, and underscores the firm's commitment to technological investment and maintaining high-quality service standards for an increasingly global clientele.
