AMA Acquires CMR Group's Agriculture Division

In a strategic acquisition, AMA has taken over the agriculture division of CMR Group (Costruzioni Meccaniche Reggiane). This purchase includes acquiring the entire share capital of CMR Agriculture, a sole shareholder entity, and a majority stake in Taizhou CMR Machinery Co. Ltd. Both companies specialize in the design, production, and marketing of gearboxes, reducers, driveshafts, bar discs, and spare parts intended for machines used in agricultural, forestry, and gardening activities. For this acquisition, AMA engaged PwC to perform financial due diligence with a team led by partner Alberto Zanatta and senior manager Alessia Trentini. PwC TLS provided comprehensive support for contractual, corporate, and labor law aspects of the transaction, while PwC China handled the Chinese legal profiles.
