Alvarez & Marsal have appointed Miguel Kindelán as Managing Director to lead their new Corporate Finance area. In addition to his role leading this division, Kindelán will co-direct the technology M&A business across the EMEA region. He brings over 25 years of experience in advising on a wide range of M&A operations, from entrepreneurs and growth companies to multinational corporations, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions, venture capital advisory, and complex deal structuring. Prior to this appointment, Kindelán was the head of advisory for Spain and Portugal at GP Bullhound, and spent 18 years with Lazard, advising on high-profile restructuring operations in Spain and Latin America, across sectors such as technology, telecommunications, transportation, and infrastructure. Kindelán holds a degree in International Business Administration and a Master's in Finance from the Catholic Institute of Business Administration in Madrid.
