AltNovel Launches Inaugural Private Equity Program

AltNovel, a company based in Abu Dhabi, has launched its first private equity program named AltNovel Strategic Private Equity I (ASPE I). This program is specifically designed for accredited investors, seeking to provide them with access to top-tier private market investment opportunities. The ASPE I fund features a diversified portfolio, blending primary investments, secondaries, and co-investments, primarily focusing on US buy-out and venture/growth funds. In addition, two secondary funds and a bespoke pre-IPO fund are currently under diligence to complement this offering. AltNovel plans to keep this investment program open for a limited period. The strategy aims to deliver private equity returns through a back-ended benefit structure, ensuring investor alignment. Looking forward, AltNovel also plans to launch two additional funds, targeting Private Credit and Digital Assets investment strategies within the next two weeks. AltNovel's mission is to democratize access to private markets, previously reserved for large institutional investors, by providing more accessible investment solutions.
