AlpInvest Partners, an affiliate of The Carlyle Group, has successfully raised $4.1 billion for its AlpInvest Co-Investment Fund IX (ACF IX). This fundraise surpasses its predecessor, which closed at $3.5 billion in 2021. ACF IX, a dedicated co-investment fund, aims to collaborate with high-quality general partners (GPs) in private equity buyouts and growth capital transactions globally. The fund secured commitments from over 185 investors, including public and corporate pension funds, financial institutions, foundations, and family offices from around the world. The strong support from existing and new investors underscores AlpInvest's robust co-investment platform and track record. With a 25-year history, AlpInvest has committed over $19 billion to more than 400 equity co-investments. AlpInvest has $89 billion in assets under management as of March 31, 2025, and operates globally with teams in New York, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, London, and Singapore.
