Allegretti Promoted to Co-CEO at Arbor Investments

Arbor Investments, a private equity firm specializing in the food and beverage sectors, has promoted Carl Allegretti to Co-Chief Executive Officer, reporting to Gregory J. Purcell. Allegretti, who joined Arbor in 2020, brings decades of executive leadership experience from Deloitte and will oversee firm operations, talent procurement, deal flow, and investor relations. John Jordan, former Chief Operating Officer, has been promoted to President and will manage Arbor's portfolio companies and drive value creation through operational strategies. Jordan has extensive experience in the food industry, having worked for Ornua, and served on the board of former Arbor portfolio company, DPI Specialty Foods, Inc. The promotions reflect Arbor's shift towards becoming an operationally intensive food conglomerate. Arbor's management committee now includes Allegretti, Jordan, Purcell, and Tim Fallon.
