Axpo Italia and Canarbino have acquired a controlling stake in Alleanza Luce&Gas, an energy retail company in Italy, through their joint venture Energia Pulita. Despite the acquisition, the seller, Coop Alleanza 3.0 Societ Cooperativa, will retain a significant shareholding in the company.
