Akdital, a prominent Moroccan clinic operator, has unveiled its first international venture by signing a substantial agreement to establish two new hospitals in Riyadh and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This major project, valued at $200 million, marks Akdital's initial expansion beyond Moroccan borders. The development aligns with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 initiative to enhance healthcare services. Akdital, listed in Casablanca, has partnered with Saudi-based real estate developers Wataniyah Business Real Estate and Namaya to bring this initiative to fruition by 2027. The move is a significant step in Akdital's growth strategy, solidifying its presence in the Middle Eastern healthcare market.
