ZSP Advokati, in collaboration with Dentons and Harneys, has advised NLB Komercijalna Banka Beograd and Banca Intesa Beograd on securing financing for the Airport City East Gate Business Tower 1 project in Belgrade. The project, developed by AFI Europe, entails a total investment of approximately EUR 60 million and aims to deliver 27,000 square meters of premium office space. The legal advisory team from ZSP Advokati included Partner Jelisaveta Stanisic and Senior Associate Tijana Trivunovic.
