Ahold Delhaize USA has announced the appointment of Ann Dozier as its Chief Information Officer (CIO). Joining on February 17, Dozier will oversee IT operations to enhance the technology capabilities for Ahold Delhaize USA’s local brands. Emphasizing a transformative approach, she aims to assist the company's transition into more omnichannel-oriented retail, crucial for its customer base of 26 million per week. Ann Dozier brings extensive experience from her previous roles at Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits, where she held the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Information and Technology Officer, and prior engagements with Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Dean Foods, and Colgate Palmolive. Ann’s role will further involve driving Ahold Delhaize USA's 'Growing Together' strategy aimed at technology-enhanced growth and operational excellence. Additionally, Ann is dedicated to fostering new talent within the IT sector, underlined by her involvement with organizations such as IT Women and Women in Technology. Ann Dozier also serves as an Independent Director for Golden Entertainment, Inc. The company is a significant player in the grocery sector, recognized as one of the largest grocery retail groups on the East Coast.
