Agthia Group PJSC, a prominent food and beverage conglomerate based in the United Arab Emirates, has acquired a full stake in Riviere Mineral Water Desalination & Filling Factory LLC. This acquisition marks a significant expansion for Agthia, particularly across its Water & Food segment, increasing segment revenue by approximately 6.5%. Riviere's deep operational capabilities and strong market presence in the home and office service (HOS) water sector complement Agthia's existing strengths. The acquisition is expected to enhance both short and long-term value through synergies in operations and distribution efficiencies. Riviere, established in 2003, operates three bottling facilities and a delivery fleet, serving areas such as Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah.
