Agthia Group PJSC, a leading food and beverage company in the UAE, has completed the acquisition of Riviere Mineral Water Desalination & Filling Factory LLC, a prominent player in the UAE's bottled water home and office services market. This acquisition, initially announced in March, has allowed Agthia to triple its household customer base. By integrating Riviere's vast infrastructure, including three bottling facilities and a substantial fleet, Agthia aims to enhance manufacturing capabilities, streamline distribution, and bolster customer service. This acquisition will immediately contribute financially to Agthia, increasing the revenue of the Water & Food segment by approximately 6.5%. Agthia's CEO, Alan Smith, emphasized the strategic growth and market leadership opportunity this acquisition offers.
