Ageas Completes Sale of Domus Vida Stake with Telles' Guidance

Telles, a prominent Portuguese law firm, played a crucial role in advising Ageas Portugal Holdings on the divestiture of its stakes in companies providing senior living services. Ageas sold 30% of its share in Sociedade Portuguesa de Serviços de Apoio e Assistência a Idosos (SPS), under the Domus Vida brand, to CUF Gestão de Clientes e de Serviços de Saúde. Simultaneously, it also sold a similar 30% stake in Sociedade Portuguesa de Serviços Residenciais (SPSR) to José de Mello Residências e Serviços (SGPS), which owns the real estate for these facilities. These transactions required approval from the Portuguese Competition Authority, which they successfully obtained. Led by Mariana Ferreira Martins, Telles' multidisciplinary team included experts like José Pedroso de Melo and Frederico Ferreira da Silva.
