In a significant investment round totaling USD 62 million, Sorainen has advised Activate Capital on its participation in Aerones's latest funding initiative. Aerones, a leading Latvia-based company specializing in robotic inspection, maintenance, and AI solutions for wind turbines, plans to utilize the raised capital to expand its market reach, advance its AI and robotics R&D, and grow its manufacturing and service offerings within the wind energy sector. The investment round also saw active participation from 2G Investments, Carbon Equity, and Overlap Holdings, among other returning investors such as Lightrock and Blume Equity.
