Abu Dhabi sovereign investor ADQ has successfully acquired a substantial 63.26% stake in Aramex, a logistics firm listed on the Dubai Financial Market, through a voluntary conditional cash offer conducted via its subsidiary, Q Logistics Holding. This acquisition follows the acceptance of offers representing 40.57% of Aramex's shares, in addition to the existing 22.69% stake owned by ADQ through the Abu Dhabi Ports Group. The transaction values Aramex at approximately AED 4.39 billion, with Q Logistics offering shareholders AED 3 per share.
