EY has successfully facilitated the acquisition of Coel Motori by Addtech Nordic, a subsidiary of Sweden-based Addtech Group, known for its technological product and solution sales across more than 20 countries. The transaction, involving the complete takeover of Coel Motori based in Pieve Emanuele, Milan—specialists in electrical, electronic, and mechanical components—was managed by EY's multidisciplinary team. Mattia Riccardo Petrillo, a partner at EY Slt, led the overall legal management, with assistance from Alessandro Bortolussi, Antonino Cearolo, and Martina Biscetti. Additionally, partners Maria Teresa Iannella and Rossella Patella from EY Slt managed labor laws and fiscal issues, respectively. Financial and accounting facets were addressed by Camilla Mancusi, with support from Irene Baraldi. On behalf of the sellers, Deloitte provided comprehensive support for tax, legal, and financial aspects, with representation from Carlo Rolandi, Ubaldo Messia, Elena Martellucci, and Guido Manzella.
