KPMG and Colliers have advised on the sale of Adam Ecotech, a notable colocation data center operator in the Spanish market, to CVC DIF, the infrastructure division of CVC, a leading global private markets manager. This marks the third significant data center transaction involving a big four firm. The investment in Adam Ecotech will be conducted through CIF III, CVC DIF's latest value-added infrastructure fund. CVC DIF plans to support Adam Ecotech in its expansion within Spain and across the European data center market. Adam Ecotech currently operates three data centers in Barcelona and Madrid, encompassing a total area of approximately 6,900 square meters with a capacity of 7 MW. The company is also developing additional infrastructure with aims to increase its capacity to 12 MW in the coming years. CVC DIF was advised by EY-Parthenon for commercial strategy, EY for financial and tax matters, and Colliers for M&A. On the selling side, Adam Ecotech was represented by KPMG.
