AD Ports Group Engages in 50-Year Usufruct Agreement with SCZONE

Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy has advised AD Ports Group on a significant 50-year renewable usufruct agreement with the General Authority for Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZONE). The project involves the development and operation of a 20 square-kilometer industrial and logistics park within the KEZAD East Port Said Zone. The initial phase of 2.8 square kilometers is set to commence construction by the end of this year. The MBH legal team, led by regional managing partner Mahmoud S. Bassiouny, played an instrumental role in the deal.
