Actis, a prominent private equity investor, has expanded its portfolio by acquiring Dot Towers in Serbia through its Connectis Tower platform. This strategic acquisition includes 50 sites, comprising 12 ground-based macro towers and 38 rooftops, primarily located in Belgrade and other significant Serbian cities.
