Acinque Innovazione, a prominent player in improving energy performance and managing non-fossil energy sources, has successfully acquired 100% of Integra Impianti. This acquisition involves the photovoltaic division of Integra, leveraging a highly qualified team of operators. Acinque Innovazione, part of the larger Acinque group with operations in Monza, Como, and several other Italian provinces, is strategically focused on energy transition and circular economy. PwC served as the strategic and financial advisor for the transaction, under the leadership of partner Ferruccio Maria Sapignoli, and supported by the Energy, Utilities & Resources team. Legal assistance was provided by Acinque Innovazione's legal department alongside De Lorenzi Miccich Scalera Spada. The seller was advised by Alberto DellAcqua as financial advisor.
