Accession Capital Partners (ACP) has made a significant capital investment of EUR 30 million into Vetti Group, the largest veterinary group in Croatia and the Adriatic region. This capital injection is aimed at accelerating Vetti Group's expansion in Southeast Europe. The transaction was facilitated through ACP's fifth fund, AMC V SCA SICAV-RAIF, which amassed EUR 336 million by its closing in June 2024. Schoenherr and Savoric & Partners provided legal advisory services for the investment, representing ACP and Vetti Group, respectively. Vetti Group is majority-owned by the ASEF private equity fund, advised by Provectus Capital Partners, and operates over 20 clinics, employing more than 330 professionals across 35 locations in Croatia and Serbia.
