ACBC Acquired by Gyrus Capital for Transformative Growth

Gyrus Capital, a European investment firm specializing in transformative investments in healthcare and sustainability, has announced its contemplated acquisition of ACBC (Anything Can Be Changed), an Italian BCorp and Circular Science Company recognized as a leading independent provider of sustainability and innovation services. ACBC specializes in advanced research and development, product innovation, and circular and sustainable solutions for the fashion and lifestyle sectors. Upon completion of the transaction, funds managed by Gyrus Capital will acquire a majority stake in ACBC, working closely with ACBC's co-founders and existing management team, who will reinvest significantly and continue to play a key role in leading the company. The strategic objective is to accelerate ACBC's growth and international expansion, establishing it as a global leader in sustainable innovation and transformation, with a focus on the fashion industry and related sectors. Legal advisement for the transaction was provided by A&O Shearman for Gyrus Capital with a comprehensive team led by partner Paolo Nastasi. Contributing to the transaction were various associates and trainees, covering corporate, banking, intellectual property, administrative law, antitrust, FDI, and labor law aspects.
