This acquisition allows Acadian to address historical challenges in harvesting capacity in Maine, enabling better control over operational costs and the implementation of sustainable forestry practices. This strategic purchase is aligned with Acadian's business strategy to maximize cash flow from timberland assets while growing its portfolio through acquisitions.
